Why conversation caps exist
Unlimited chat sounds generous until a bot loop or scraper burns your OpenAI budget. Allowances (750 / 3,000 / 10,000 conversations) with a per-conversation overage rate and a hard throttle at 200% keep unit economics honest and push merchants toward knowledge-base quality instead of raw volume.
What the setup fee covers
Module install on Magento 2 / Hyvä, CORS and rate-limit configuration, first catalog sync, widget placement, and a short onboarding window. Expect 1–2 weeks of calendar time — not an instant provision button.
No Stripe self-serve (yet)
Checkout and free trials invite the wrong buyers for Magento work. Request integration, we review fit, then we schedule the install. Self-serve billing can come later; tenant isolation and catalog accuracy come first.
