This website markets and supports Magento AI chatbot integrations. Production chat traffic for merchant stores is processed on EU-hosted infrastructure as described on the Security page.

Account data (via Clerk, when enabled): name, email, and authentication identifiers.

Integration requests and leads: contact details, company, store URL, Magento/Hyvä answers, and notes you submit.

Technical logs: approximate IP (often hashed for chat product), user agent, and security events needed to operate the service.

When a shopper uses the widget on a merchant store, we process conversation text, session identifiers, and store_id-scoped product context needed to answer.

IP addresses for chat sessions are stored as SHA-256 hashes where the product implements hashing. Conversations may be retained for a limited window (default target: 90 days) and deleted on request via product APIs.

Question text may be sent to an AI provider (e.g. OpenAI) to generate answers. Do not submit unnecessary personal data in chat.

Processors may include hosting (EU VPS), auth (Clerk), transactional email (Resend), CMS (Payload/Postgres), app data (Convex), and AI inference providers.

We do not sell personal data. Merchants remain controllers for shopper conversations on their storefronts; we act as processor under their instructions where applicable.
